U.S. commander of the Humanitarian Command said, “North Korea’s ICBM game changer is no good.”
North Korea’s latest intercontinental ballistic missile could reach the U.S. mainland, but it will not be a game changer, said John Aquilino, commander of the Indo-Pacific Command.
